LDBE raises the bar in production through automation

LDBE, a prominent family-run hearing aid lab in France that combines over 35 years of experience in hearing aid industry, has been using H3D’s AI CAD software, AutoDesign, to automate their digital 3D workflow.
Headed by Amar Ladjali, LDBE is known for its passion towards delivering consistent high quality earmolds with an exceptional level of customer experience. To daily meet these standards, Amar and the team was often required to work extended hours, so exploring new innovations such as automation was high on the priority list.
“We have been surprised how easy it is for AutoDesign to generate results indistinguishable from manual modeling. The process only took two weeks to validate and deploy. It has allowed me to now spend more time on other areas of our production.” – says Amar Ladjali
LDBE employ an advanced digital workflow of automated CAD technology from H3D and high precision 3D printing from Asiga.
